Whether it is a surplus of screws or the wrong fixture, we are here to ensure your project stays on track with a hassle-free exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Go Hardware account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused hardware in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and mounting kits are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our local supply hubs for an in-person drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
